USE TIPS:

Gently slide the pencil over the areas of your eyes that you want to highlight, such as the lower and upper waterlines, as well as the area close to the lashes. If you want a smoky effect, blend the line with a brush or your fingertips before the color dries completely. For a completely intense effect and matte finish, let the line dry completely on the skin.
